Expert Q&A

I am thinking about getting a pedometer. Can you guide me in what to look for and how to use one effectively? Thanks!
Pedometers are a great tool to aid you in both motivation as well as measuring your improvements over time. Its suggested we all take 10,000 steps a day for health. When it comes to pedometers, you want to look for one that is simple, but is adjustable for your height and stride so that it's the most accurate. A pedometer does not have to cost a lot. If you are very technologically savvy, there are pedometers that can be downloaded to show your work effort, miles, calories, etc.
