Can weight training help to increase my bust size?
I wish that were true as I am sure we would have more women motivated to exercise. Strength training will improve your posture which will make you stand taller giving the appearance of a bigger bust, but your cup size will not go up. The muscle under the breast tissue can become firmer and appear to give a lifted look. The fatty breast tissue on top of the muscle may actually become reduced just like the fat around your waist or hips.
