Running While Pregnant
You Don't Have to Give it Up

There are many benefits to running during pregnancy. According to Bridson, running helps limit excess weight gain, keeps your mood up and also can ward off pregnancy-induced hypertension and other prenatal problems.
"Listen to your body and adjust your routine accordingly," says Bridson. "Don't let people's sneers or comments get you down or stop you. They simply don't know the facts. Running is not only safe for you and your baby – it's good for you and your baby."
